This course is aimed at those new to sail cruising who want to dip their toes in the water before commiting themselves further. The weekend will introduce you to sail cruising, providing you with experience of steering the yacht and handling the sails, as well as covering important safety matters. The Start Cruising course can be upgraded to Competent Crew by undertaking a further three days of the Competent Crew Course.
